Office of the High Sheriff:
Judgment Enforcement Registry (JER) Search (from) $20 plus applicable taxes and JER fee (currently $45).

Personal Property Registry:
Search (from) $15 plus applicable taxes and government fees.

Document filing (from) $30 plus applicable taxes and government fees.

Document filing and discharge (from) $35 plus applicable taxes and government fees.

Amendment to filing (from) $25 plus applicable taxes and government fees.

Discharge or Renewal of filing (from) $15 plus applicable taxes and government fees.

Registry of Deeds:
Title Search $200.00*. Includes Mechanics' Liens. *Fee based on maximum search time of 5 hours, single root of title.

Property Sub-search $35† Includes Mechanics' Liens.  (Sample sub-search report)  †Fee based on maximum search time of 1 hour, single root of title since 1980.

Loose deeds search with a full title search or sub-search additional $30.
Sub-search for registration (if including loose deeds) with a full title search or sub-search additional $50.

Asset Search
Minimum charge $45
Each additional quarter-hour beyond first half-hour $15
Basic asset search in a company name entails:

Search at the registry of Crown Lands for any Crown Grants, Leases or Permits to Occupy issued in the subject name add additional $20.

Deed Search and Copy (from) $20
Searching for and providing a photocopy of a specific deed.

Document Copies $15 per document
Providing a photocopy of a deed for which registration particulars are provided by client.

Registry of Companies:
Company Incorporation Status Searches $20
Entails a report outlining vital information from the company file at the Registry of Companies such as incorporation date, registered office and incorporation status, etc. See also these additional company search options...

Notary Services:
Fees for Notary services shall be negotiated when required.

PDF Reports:
Reports (as well as related copies and invoice) sent in PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader) format by e-mail. Free.

Fax Reports:
Reports (as well as related copies and invoice) sent by facsimile (fax). Add $2.00 per job.

Long Distance Fax Reports:
Reports (as well as related copies and invoice) sent by fax (where long distance charges are applicable). Add $2.00 plus 10 cents per page.

Newfoundland Exchequer photocopy charges (@ 25¢ per page) and HST are not included. All fees are subject to change without notice.
