Registry of Companies Options:

Option A: $20.00 + applicable taxes and disbursements.

A "regular" status report contains information derived from an inspection of the actual company file, as opposed to using information from the Registry of Companies computer index system. This search provides more extensive information (e.g. company name changes, list of predecessor company names which have amalgamated, etc.). Since we inspect the actual company documents in these instances, we are able to guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.

Option B: $15.00 + applicable taxes and disbursements.

A search of the Registry of Companies computer index only, for the following information;

•company name •company number •incorporation/registration date •registered office •contact name (if given) •year for which last annual return filed •status •list of directors.

Volume Discount: For clients eligible for a volume discount (on a minimum of 20 requests per month), subtract $3.00 from fee for Options A and B.

Company File Document Copy:

$20.00 + applicable taxes and disbursements for Companies registered/incorporated since 2006/06.

$30.00 + applicable taxes and disbursements for Companies registered/incorporated prior to 2006/06.

A copy of a requested document from a company file, such as a certificate of incorporation, certificate of amendment, registered office or a notice of directors, to a maximum of 4 pages. Additional pages ¢.50 each + applicable taxes and disbursements.

Name Confirmation (from computer index only): $7.50 + applicable taxes and disbursements
